Location:

Kirinda is located approximately 251 km South of Colombo within the Hambantota District and is home to the Kirinda Beach Resort. With a beautiful beachside atmosphere, the resort is a mere 14 km away from the infamous Yala National Park and about 16 km away from the Bundala National Park which is a wetland habitat for migratory birds. Kirinda is a small fishing village located towards the far end of the southern coast and is reachable via Tissamaharama which is only 13 km away.

Accommodation:

Designed with comfort in mind, the Kirinda Beach Resort offers a number of 16 guestrooms that consist of luxury mud houses and deluxe log cabins. All accommodation units have been constructed using traditional mud materials and wood while the floors are cemented bringing out the natural village outlook. Whilst retaining the rustic design, all chalets are adorned with modern amenities which include comfortable sprint mattresses, powerful fans, mini bar, music system, DVD, satellite television, tea/coffee making facilities, mosquito nets as well as solar heated showers in the bathrooms.
